Aluminum honeycomb photocatalyst filter is an air purification device that combines photocatalysis technology. It uses photocatalytic materials (usually titanium dioxide) to catalytically decompose harmful substances in the air, such as organic pollutants, bacteria, viruses, and foul gases, under light exposure.     Featuring a TiO2-based photocatalytic layer with optimized pore structure (80-90% porosity), the filter achieves >99% VOC decomposition efficiency under UV activation. The hierarchical 3D foam architecture maximizes surface area-contact with pollutants, while the doped photocatalyst extends reactivity into visible light spectrum.
