The photocatalytic filter itself does not need to be replaced, but the UV lamp requires regular maintenance (with a lifespan of approximately 8,000 to 10,000 hours).

2. Can it replace HEPA?

No, it needs to be used in combination with HEPA (photocatalytic decomposition of gas, HEPA filtration of particulate matter).

3. Is ozone produced?

High-quality products should pass zero ozone certification (such as UL 2998), but low-priced products may pose risks.
