Product Description
The Nano-Cluster Purification Filter utilizes the catalytic activation of oxygen by the valence electrons of metal atoms in metal clusters. Under normal oxygen conditions, it efficiently decomposes gaseous pollutants such as formaldehyde (HCHO) and trimethylamine (TMA), while also breaking down ozone (O₃)—without generating harmful byproducts. This ensures complete molecular decomposition with no environmental impact.
As a self-sustaining catalyst, the filter requires no external energy input. Simply in the presence of oxygen, it continuously decomposes short-chain gaseous pollutants (e.g., formaldehyde, trimethylamine)—delivering maintenance-free, zero-power purification.
Lab-Tested Performance (30m³ Chamber, 500m³/h Airflow):
Formaldehyde Removal:
Initial concentration: 0.87 mg/m³ → <0.05 mg/m³ in 60 min (93.3% removal rate).
Trimethylamine (TMA) Removal:
94.2% eliminated within just 10 minutes.
Ozone Interception:
99.5% continuous filtration efficiency.
Application Example: A 3m odor-purifying air duct equipped with 1.5 Nano-Cluster Pure Filter achieves rapid, high-performance air purification—making spaces fresher, faster.
